So, following the release of the EP
'Put Your Heart Into This' by
Above Them we are concious that we seem to have been a little quiet. This does not mean that we have been resting on our laurels, we have in fact been very busy planning future releases/world domination.
The label seems to be going from strength to strength at the moment and we have a couple of exciting projects in the pipeline; all of equal strength and quality that we are sure they will only serve to build upon our already solid reputation. More of these projects in future updates.
Above Them will play the Offset Festival on August 31st. The line up announced so far is nothing short of amazing. With the likes of legends such as
Wire and
Gang Of Four, and more contempary headliners and up and coming bands such as
Fightstar,
Young Knives,
Brigade and
Danananakroyd, the weekend is shaping up to be a must for festival goers tired of overblown and innapropriate/offensive chart fodder at the so called 'big' events of the year so far.

So. Lines In Sand have had these rather nice T-Shirts made, they are based around the Nazca line drawings in Peru and it would be great if people help the band out by heading over to their page or our store to buy one? Merch is a major part of any touring DIY bands funding, and is often what puts gas in the tank so to speak. Promoters often don't have loads of cash to lavish on the bands that play for them, and more often than not only break even themselves. Thanks.
